Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
  
• Create business rules, scripts, and integrations to automate processes.
  
• Configure UI actions, policies, data policies, ACLs for efficient system management.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow Development with expertise in Business Rule, Script Include, Transform Mapping.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) from a recognized university in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong understanding of Integration using REST and SOAP; knowledge of UI Action & Policies; proficiency in Data Policies & ACLs.
