Job Description
- Implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request.
- Collaborate with other business and technical teams to develop user-friendly catalog items using ServiceNows latest tools including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Development of Global Service Catalog from requirement gathering to development, testing, and moving to production
- Support ServiceNow implementation / enhancements with technical support as required.
- Ensure Enterprise IT / Infrastructure standards are considered.
- Service-now ITSM, CMDB, Service catalog
- Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup.
- Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
- Developed and Implemented Service Cataloge items, Order guides, record producer, Variable Sets, UI Policies, Data policies, UI Actions, ACL- s, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script includes
- Development and Configuration of ServiceNow In scope Modules
- Provide technical support for complex issues
