Hiring for Service Now Developer- Bangalore
Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and other business workflows. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance performance, usability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Build and maintain custom applications, modules, scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes), and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement and support core ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, CMDB
- ITOM: Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration
- HRSD, SecOps, CSM (as applicable)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop user-centric solutions.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools (e.g., Active Directory, Jira, SCCM, Azure, AWS).
Maintain ServiceNow best practices and ensure platform compliance with governance and security policies.
Participate in platform upgrades and patching efforts.
Support UAT and production deployments; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
