Escalating complex issues to higher-level support staff or management as needed

Collaborating with other teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
Identifying trends or patterns in customer issues or inquiries and providing feedback to the company to improve product design, delivery, or customer service
Maintaining a positive and customer-oriented attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority
