Service Engineer - Printing & Packaging

VINSAK is looking to hire a Service Engineer for its Service Division in Hyderabad.

Service Engineer:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing a range of printing and packaging machines. This role requires strong technical skills in electrical and electronic systems along with good customer service abilities.

The Service Engineer will be reporting to the GM Service Division

Job Descriptions

• Perform on-site installation and servicing.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and remotely.
• Communicate issues effectively to escalation teams and provide feedback to customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and printing related problems in this field.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and printing related problems by phone support.
• Provide preventive maintenance on all equipment and make recommendations to customers.
• Proper documentation of all work required i.e., service reports, expense exports, installation feedback forms etc.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of servo drives, sensors, PLCs, and schematic reading.
• Understanding of UV curing, tension control, and web-handling systems will be appreciated.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Experience

3 to 6 years of relevant field experience in electrical, electronics, or automation systems.

Location

The Service Engineer will work from Hyderabad.

Travel Requirements:

Candidate should be willing to travel frequently.
