Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform OS installations, Windows installations, Outlook configurations, ticketing tool usage, and printer troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated cases.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems using various diagnostic tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in field desktop engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in installing/configuring operating systems (OS), including Windows installation.
- Experience with printer troubleshooting and maintenance.
