Service Engineer

• ;Looking after sales installation and customer support.

• ;Respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose and perform repair and preventative maintenance.

• ;Attending Equipment demos.

• ;Break Downs/Troubleshooting, to ensure proper condition and operation of the equipment.

• ;Service contract and spare business in the assigned territory.

• ;Timely Reporting to HQ, Handling & maintaining Inventories of Spares.

• ;Pathological lab instruments servicing viz Blood cell counter, Bio chem analyzer etc.

• ;B.E. Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication.

• ;Candidate must have experience in IVD/Biomedical or Medical Equipment

• ;Candidate must have excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.

• ;Candidate should be able to look at every aspect of the service business qualitatively an undertake root cause eliminations/corrections.

• ;Build, manage & hold customer relationships at all levels.

• ;Candidate must have excellent technical knowledge.
