Role & responsibilities
•Attend service calls and resolve technical issues at customer sites
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in elevator systems
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance and breakdown support
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support
• Maintain proper service reports and documentation
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners
• Support the sales team with technical inputs whenever required
• Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements for better efficiency
• Travel to different customer locations as per service requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and gearless machines
• Good troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical diagrams
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities
• Knowledge of safety standards and service procedures
• Ability to work independently and handle site-related challenges
