Position: Service Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Install,commission, and service radiology equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown calls to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Deliver technical support and basic operational training to customers when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service planning, spare parts, and technical escalations.
• Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and other service-related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company service standards and safety protocols.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering prompt and quality service.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing radiology equipment (experience with any radiology equipment brand is acceptable), or
• 3+ years of experience in servicing critical care equipment, with a willingness to transition into radiology equipment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
• Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Educational Qualification (Mandatory)

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering, or
• B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering, or
• B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical-related disciplines.
