Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Radiology Equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repair of X-Ray, C-Arm, DR, CR, and related imaging systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Follow company service standards and safety procedures.
