Job Description: Service Desk Associate (Accounts Payable)

Scope of Work: The Service Desk Associate will be responsible for front-ending and receiving all inquiries from vendors or employees, channelizing and directing them to the correct team within the Business Services Center (BSC). The role requires ensuring that the overall delivery of services meets or exceeds agreed KPIs and SLAs defined between Operating Companies (OpCos) and the BSC, all within a strong internal control framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Query Management: Receive inquiries from vendors and employees; independently resolve first-level queries or accurately route complex issues to the appropriate team member within the Accounts Payable (AP) department.
• Domain Coverage: Handle queries spanning all three core areas: Accounts Payable (AP), Payments Processing, and Travel & Expenses (T&E).
• SLA & KPI Compliance: Ensure the overall delivery of services to OpCos meets or exceeds agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Process Standards: Maintain strict adherence to defined internal control frameworks and compliance standards during service delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with the Service Management team to fully understand, monitor, and effectively implement SLAs.
• Escalation Handling: Manage internal customer and supplier issues in strict accordance with the established escalation matrix, ensuring process discipline and pushing back when protocols are not followed.
