Job Description:
Experience in customer service or service coordination (preferably technical).
Basic knowledge of laptops/electronics.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
Comfortable with face-to-face and phone interactions.
Managing the Day to Day Operations.
Good email and communication skills; regional language required.
Ability to coordinate with technicians and customers in a service center environment.
