Unit test specification preparation, review and unit testing Integration of software changes to identified configuration management archive
Integration test spec preparation, review and integration testing Testing on target ECU at BGSW or through remote access
Skill set:
Service Now CSA/CAD/CIS certification
Good knowledge ITSM/CSM/FSM modules
Develop Service Now catalogues
Request/Case/Incident Management
Agent Workspace
Workflows, Client Scripts, Business Rules
Update Set Release management
Integration with SAP systems REST API, CPI etc.,
Good communication skills,
