To manage and implement link-building, content & onsite SEO activities between Onsite & Offshore SEO Teams. Main Duties and Responsibilities To ensure work between onshore and offshore SEO teams is optimised to make the most of link-building, on-site SEO & content operations. Identify & implement areas where on-site SEO can be improved Plan and manage content requirements & delivery Manage proactive & targeted link building/ baiting activities Assist in all other areas of SEO activity as they arise The successful candidate will possess: Proven top 10 Google rankings in a competitive market Excellent on-site/ technical optimisation knowledge & skills Excellent off-site optimisation knowledge & skills Thorough theoretical & practical knowledge of Google s algorithm Excellent analytical skills Considerable experience in an Agency or In-house SEO Team The ability to get things done Varied commercial SEO experience in a competitive environment Have been responsible for rankings & traffic delivery in competitive industry The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role
