Seo Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven SEO Executive who understands both traditional SEO and the evolving AI search landscape. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Technical SEO, Local SEO, Content Optimization, and modern AI-driven search strategies including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
• Optimize websites for Google AI Overviews and AI-powered search.
• Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
• Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
• Optimize websites for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Bing Copilot visibility.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP/GMB).
• Improve Local SEO rankings and Maps visibility.
• Conduct website technical SEO audits.
• Fix crawl, indexing, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Implement structured data (Schema Markup).
• Create and optimize SEO-friendly content briefs.
• Develop topical authority and content clusters.
• Execute ethical link-building and digital PR campaigns.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Track website performance using GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers.
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and AI search trends.
• Suggest and implement SEO automation using AI tools.
• Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Understanding of AEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization.
• Familiarity with Google AI Overviews and AI-powered search platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of Schema Markup and Core Web Vitals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing multiple client projects.
