SEO Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused SEO Executive to support organic growth across web, local search, and video platforms. This role will work closely with the SEO Manager to implement strategies, optimize content, and monitor performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in SEO basics, content optimization, and data tracking, along with a willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools.

Job Responsibilities:

SEO Execution & Support

• Assist in implementing SEO strategies defined by the SEO Manager
• Perform keyword research, basic competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
• Execute on-page SEO tasks (meta tags, internal linking, content updates)
• Identify opportunities for improving rankings and traffic

Content Optimization

• Support content planning and optimization based on SEO guidelines
• Work with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for keywords and readability
• Use AI tools for basic content optimization and ideation

Local SEO (GMB) Support

• Assist in managing and updating Google Business Profiles
• Monitor reviews and help optimize listings for better visibility
• Support location-based SEO initiatives

YouTube & Video SEO

• Assist in optimizing video titles, descriptions, and tags
• Conduct basic keyword research for video content
• Support channel optimization and performance tracking

Technical SEO (Basic)

• Perform basic site audits using tools
• Identify issues related to indexing, broken links, or page performance
• Work with the team to resolve technical SEO issues

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track rankings, traffic, and key SEO metrics
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports
• Highlight trends and flag performance issues
