Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Generative AI Professional to join our AI & Data Science team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and deploying enterprise-scale GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, and modern cloud technologies.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to design, develop, and operationalize innovative AI solutions that create tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs and foundation models.
• Build scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop AI copilots, intelligent assistants, document intelligence solutions, and Agentic AI workflows.
• Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization techniques to improve model performance.
• Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud ecosystems.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to create intelligent AI-driven business solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI products.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and governance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Stay current with emerging trends in GenAI, multimodal AI, reasoning models, and autonomous agents.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 512 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or GenAI-related roles.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.)
• RAG architectures
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Agentic AI frameworks
• Vector Databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, OpenSearch, Weaviate, etc.)
• NLP and Deep Learning
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, prompt optimization, and AI governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
• Exposure to fine-tuning, PEFT, LoRA, and model optimization techniques.
• Experience building enterprise-scale AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD, and microservices
