We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to sell advertisement spaces on vehicles . This is a performance-based role where earnings will primarily depend on the sales generated each month . Ideal for candidates who thrive on commissions and have a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities Identify & Approach Clients : Target businesses, brands, and agencies looking for innovative advertising solutions.
Lead Generation & Sales Closure : Generate leads, pitch ad placements, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Revenue-Driven Selling : Maximize sales to earn higher commissions . The more you sell, the more you earn!
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships to generate repeat business.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
Reporting & Follow-ups : Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and revenue targets.
2-3 years of experience in outdoor advertising sales, media sales, or B2B sales.
Strong communication & negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
Self-driven & highly motivated to earn through commissions.
Good networking & relationship-building abilities .
Basic knowledge of digital tools (MS Office, CRM, etc.) .
Own vehicle preferred for client meetings.
Fixed Salary: Very Minimal
