Senior UX Researcher

At Loop, we're fundamentally rethinking healthcare to empower people to live longer, healthier lives. Our design team is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to help shape the future of care and insurance products at Loop.

• Conduct user studies using a variety of methods interviews, participatory design, digital ethnography, service safaris, etc.
• Facilitate rapidly iterative prototype testing, focusing both on usefulness and usability
• Capture and share findings and insights in the form of rich artefacts journey maps, experience maps, personas, stories, scenarios, etc.
• Create a shared understanding of the people we're serving by facilitating workshops with product designers, product managers and business stakeholders
• Make strong recommendations to the heads of design, product and business to help shape Loop's product roadmap and UX strategy
• Work closely with designer teammates, engage in ideation and critiques, and foster studio culture.

• A deep understanding and appreciation of people's values, behaviours and needs
• 4+ years of experience working on software products
• Experience with service design is a plus
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong verbal, written and visual storytelling skills
• An understanding of metrics and business fundamentals
• Highly organised with strong project and time management skills
• Well educated in UX research, regardless of whether you went to design school or not.
