Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components .
- Leverage Generative AI models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) within UiPath to augment RPA workflows for intelligent document processing, natural language interaction, and dynamic decision-making.
- Build Agentic AI automations using UiPath Autopilot/Agents to simulate human-like proactive and goal-driven task execution.
- Configure and manage AutoHeal capabilities to proactively detect, diagnose, and remediate bot failures or performance issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation opportunities and design innovative solutions.
- Develop reusable components and implement best practices for error handling, logging, exception management, and security.
- Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce, etc.
- Maintain documentation, participate in peer reviews, and ensure high standards of code quality and process compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest UiPath features, AI integrations, and contribute to POCs and automation roadmap planning.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in RPA development , primarily with UiPath .
- Strong understanding of UiPath Architecture and components (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, Apps).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI integration within UiPath workflows.
- Familiarity with building and managing Agentic AI processes using UiPath Autopilot or Agents.
- Experience with AutoHeal features including monitoring, exception tracking, and automated resolution.
- Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python scripting for custom components.
- Exposure to AI Center, Document Understanding, and UiPath Marketplace packages .
- Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs , JSON/XML, and integration best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
