Senior Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for schools.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both online and offline.
• Develop and deliver training content in line with Seed2Plant's curriculum and learning objectives.
• Work closely with schools, teachers, and academic teams to understand training requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum through proper training and guidance.
• Conduct demonstrations, classroom observations, and follow-up sessions wherever required.
• Provide constructive feedback to teachers and support them in improving their teaching practices.
• Maintain training records, feedback, and reports after each session.
• Coordinate with the internal curriculum and sales teams for smooth execution of school training programs.
• Travel to schools and different locations as required for conducting training sessions.
• Represent Seed2Plant professionally while interacting with school management and teachers.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be confident, articulate, energetic, and comfortable interacting with teachers, principals, and school management. Candidates with experience in education companies, EdTech, curriculum organizations, or teacher-training programs will be preferred.
