Senior Test Engineer

Job Summary

This role is responsible for front-end and back-end testing in Life Insurance DMS applications with strong focus on Agent Compensation, KPI and Persistency validation.

Responsibilities

• Senior QA should have 3+ years of experience in QA with exposure to Insurance DMS domain.
• Strong understanding of DMS Commission Management: Basic Commission; Basic Override Commission; Variable Commission; Variable Override Commission; Clawback Commission; Clawback Override Commission.
• Experience in validating: KPI calculation based on Premium Collection; Agent Persistency.
• Good understanding of: End-to-End flow (Agent Policy Commission KPI).
• Should have knowledge of Agile Testing.
• Perform: Exploratory Testing, In-Sprint Testing, API Testing, E2E Testing.
• Must have knowledge on: Database Testing, Rules Testing, SQL Queries.
• Experience in: Test case design, execution, and maintenance.
• Responsible for: Defect reporting, tracking defect ageing; SLA follow-ups.
• Should independently manage assigned tasks and client expectations.
