As a Technical Recruiter at CleverTap, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our innovative and fast-paced work environment in multiple regions across the globe.
What Will You Do.
Recruit exceptional A-Players to join CleverTaps rapidly growing Engineering, Product and Design teams.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.
Develop and refine an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience.
Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool.
Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs.
Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods.
Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to hiring.
Partner with the People team in contributing to the overall employer branding strategy.
What are we looking for?.
5-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in technology hiring, preferably from a Product tech/Saas background.
Experience in hiring for global roles is preferred.
Strong boolean skills and experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards.
Fluency in English.
A high attention to detail.
Flexibility, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Experience collaborating with Senior Stakeholders and Hiring Managers.
A data driven approach and experience with analytics dashboards.
