We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects, particularly in AI and cloud environments, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, technical expertise in cloud and DevOps, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in technical project management.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven expertise in managing multiple projects using Jira.
Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with both executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

Project Planning Execution: Develop and manage Jira project plans, sprints, and tasks, ensure project scope and goals align with project objectives.
Agile Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and clients, provide clear project updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
Risk Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks early to avoid project delays, track issues in Jira, maintaining transparency across teams.
Resource Coordination: Work with Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to manage resources effectively, balance workloads to ensure timely project completion.
Quality Assurance Delivery: Ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements, champion process improvements, and conduct post-project retrospectives.

Preferred Qualification

Experience with AI/ML projects and data governance. Knowledge of security standards like SOC 2 and GDPR in enterprise environments.
