You'll join a team of 360 skilled experts and developers at CARIAD India and around 6,000 CARIDIANs globally, who bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge. The areas of work involve development of platform components such as firmware, boot loaders, AUTOSAR, Linux/QNX BSP, Service oriented architecture-based middleware components.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for embedded systems.
Implement unit tests using GTest and ensure code quality through SonarQube.
Manage dependencies and build systems using Conan and CMake.
Debug and troubleshoot issues using gdb and Linux command-line tools.
Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and system integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software architecture and design using PlantUML.
Apply containerization concepts (e.g., Docker) for development and deployment.
Optimize multithreaded applications for performance and reliability.
Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Document software designs and processes clearly and effectively.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in C++ (11/14/17) .
Good understanding of Linux CLI and system-level programming.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Podman).
Solid grasp of multithreading and concurrent programming.
Familiarity with Adaptive Autosar .
Knowledge of MQTT and Cloud Computing will be a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in automotive software development .
Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture.
Exposure to IoT protocols and platforms .
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
