Senior Technical Lead - Digital Platforms & Ai

We are looking for an Engineering Manager / Senior Technical Lead to work closely with the CTO and play a key role in executing GSLF/FGSPL's digital and AI roadmap. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with delivery ownership across GSLF.This is a build-and-deliver leadership role — the CTO sets technical direction and architecture; this role turns that direction into working, shipped systems, while directly leading the team .PF, ESIC , Health Insurance.
