Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for Order-to-Cash areas including Order Fulfillment, Outbound Logistics, Price Management, and e-commerce / sales enablement.
Design solutions to support business teams on a regional and template-oriented basis.
Work with latest technologies on the S/4HANA platform, including integration with non-SAP and cloud-based systems such as Salesforce.
Provide and manage application support by investigating and resolving incidents and change requests for legal and local business requirements.
Integrate SD/LE with EWM, WM, and MM modules.
Contribute to and manage harmonization initiatives; safeguard SAP global template solutions and adapt according to best practices under governance procedures.
Implement SAP solutions using defined methodologies for data migration, training, testing, and go-live.
Lead and support template function roll-outs, including design, testing, and implementation; execute complex projects within the global SAP team.

Expected experience, skill sets and abilities

10+ years of overall experience including AMS, rollouts, and implementation of Order-to-Cash and Logistics Execution solutions.
Experience with intercompany and intracompany processes.
Project experience from 2+ successful SAP projects as functional lead or consultant.
Proactive and structured approach with the ability to drive initiatives from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (SD/LE) integration with EWM/WM, MM, and FI modules, with end-to-end process understanding.
ABAP debugging skills and experience with EDI and IDOC interfaces for sales order processing.
Excellent English communication along with presentation, moderation and business-partnering skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work within a highly distributed team environment, multi-task and prioritise tasks.
A performance-driven mindset, with strong work ethics and integrity.

Ideally, youll also have:

Bachelor s degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
Knowledge and work experience in Condition Contract Management (CCM).
Experience in configuring or implementing Order-to-Cash and Logistics Execution solutions.
The relevant SAP certification/s.
The experience of working in a multinational organization and/or a big consultancy.
Working experience with European clients.
The willingness to work partly or fully during European office hours (CET).
The willingness to learn about new technologies when the need arises.
