Associate Director
- Experience: 10-14 Years
- Looking for candidates with 10 to 14 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Architecture, Digital Transformation, Data Engineering, AI/GenAI, Cloud, and Application Development.
- Proven experience in defining enterprise architecture, solution roadmaps, and technology strategies across multiple business functions.
- Strong expertise in one or more domains including:
- Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- AI/ML & Generative AI
- UI/UX and Modern Application Development
- Enterprise Integration and APIs
- Experience in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions leveraging cloud-native and modern technology frameworks.
- Ability to drive end-to-end solution design, technology selection, cost optimization, sizing, estimations, and governance.
- Proven ability to engage with CXOs, business leaders, and clients to understand business challenges and translate them into technology solutions.
- Experience in defining delivery methodologies, best practices, quality frameworks, and engineering standards.
- Ability to identify innovation opportunities utilizing AI, Automation, Cloud, and Advanced Analytics.
- Experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing technology teams.
- Strong commercial understanding including proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, RFP responses, and business development support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence strategic decisions
