Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across functions.
• Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 recruiters, ensuring productivity and quality hiring.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels.
• Ensure timely and quality closures while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Track, maintain, and analyze recruitment data, reports, and MIS.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and hiring outcomes.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT and/or Non-IT hiring).
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment successfully.
• Prior experience in team handling or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
