Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, medical, and non-clinical positions across Dr. Aravinds IVF centres.
• Achieve a minimum of 20 - 30 successful onboardings per month.
• Source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate, and close candidates effectively.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Ensure smooth offer-to-joining conversion through consistent candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment records, updates, and hiring metrics in HRMS.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 36 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/IVF.
• Proven track record of 20+ successful onboardings per month.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, negotiation, and closure skills.
• Experience hiring doctors, embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals is preferred.
• Target-driven, proactive, and excellent in communication and coordination.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
