Key Responsibilities
EIB Data Administration: Prepare, validate, and load inbound EIB templates for mass compensation events, including annual merit cycles, bonus payouts, allowance changes, and compensation grade/profile updates.
System Testing & Troubleshooting: Review error logs and validation reports from EIB uploads to identify data discrepancies, ensuring accurate processing into underlying Workday business processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Systems, Payroll, and Total Rewards teams to ensure compensation data behaves correctly across varying pay components, grades, and profiles.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure that all mass data loads and compensation structures comply with internal policies, pay equity standards, and local/federal regulations.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine and document EIB integration processes, minimizing manual data-entry bottlenecks and streamlining future compensation review cycles.

Proficiency in product management practices and agile delivery, including tools such as Jira.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (complex formulas, data transformation, and formatting for web services).
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT, Payroll, and broader HR teams to explain technical data constraints or requirements.
High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
