Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for production systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle SQL, Linux, and shell scripting.
- Develop and maintain complex queries using Oracle SQL to optimize system performance and resolve data-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Perform system analysis, study, and monitoring to ensure optimal system functionality and stability.
- Troubleshoot application monitoring tools such as IPC (Inter-Process Communication) for efficient issue resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in Production Support or similar role with expertise in Oracle SQL, Linux, Shell Scripting, C programming language.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of Linux OS concepts, Linux commands, Java programming language, and Production Support principles.
