Senior System Administrator ( Microsoft Infrastructure )

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and support our enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Office 365, Hybrid Exchange, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP administration in a large enterprise setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Office 365 and Hybrid Exchange environments.
• Manage Exchange Online, mail flow, connectors, mailbox provisioning, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), Domain Controllers, replication, and user management.
• Manage Azure AD/Entra ID and Azure AD Connect synchronization.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services across multiple locations.
• Monitor and resolve email-related issues, Outlook connectivity, and mail delivery problems.
• Implement and maintain email security controls, including anti-spam, anti-malware, and mail flow rules.
• Perform daily health checks, monitoring, patching, and system maintenance.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks.
• Support migrations, upgrades, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Collaborate with network, security, endpoint, and application teams.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration.
• Strong experience in Office 365 and Exchange Online administration.
• Hands-on experience with Hybrid Exchange environments.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, AD Replication, and Domain Controllers.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and Azure AD Connect.
• Strong knowledge of DNS and DHCP administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of email security, mail flow, and messaging infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Intune, Conditional Access, and Identity Management.
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools.
• Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
