Job description of Senior Store/GRN Executive:-

Managing inward and outward in stores

Coordinating internal teams.

Maintaining inventory stock levels (min/ max/ buffer)

Preparing GRN on regular basis

Stocking in warehouse after its receipt and issuing as per requirement.

Managing / selling waste with the help of maintenance head

Responsible for the smooth operation of all store keeping operations

Negotiate for best cost with good quality product

Keeping records of Vendors and timely clearance of their bills

Maintaining housekeeping of store Area

Updating internal customers for their requirements on regular basis

Manage purchase of consumables and report for inventory variance to purchase officer.

Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inventory, Inward / outward register, Rejection report, Vendor database, Scrap disposal records ,Returnable / non-returnable gate pass.

Responsible for All Dispatch of Materials.

Transfer between stores/sites.

Should have experience of ERP System well.

Coordination with the production Logistic Team

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Proven work experience as a store executive or similar role

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)

Hands-on experience in Same Domain the with a Minimum of 2 to 5 Years of Experience

Negotiation skills

Minimum Graduation

MFG or Pump industry is preferable.
