Role & responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
• Dispose of garbage and recyclables according to company procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Support kitchen and service staff during busy periods.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly
