Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management

Job Summary

Role Summary: Enable predictable CoE execution across demos, POC offering builds by driving agile rituals, backlog hygiene, dependency management and delivery reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives; ensure delivery cadence.
• Maintain backlog: user stories, acceptance criteria; coordinate with Product Offering owners.
• Track dependencies across CoE functions and capability SMEs; manage RAID and burndown.
• Drive release readiness; demo releases; POC drops; asset publication cycles.
• Ensure consistent documentation and handover readiness for reusable assets.

Must Have Skills

• 6-10 years overall, 3 years as Scrum Master for platform/product builds.
• Strong agile tooling: Azure DevOps, Jira; reporting, facilitation, and stakeholder mgmt.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow delivery lifecycle; understanding of platform constraints and environments.
