Senior Solution Architect

Role Overview: We are seeking a high-impact, Technology Agnostic Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of complex enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone who views technology as a means to solve business problems rather than an end in itself. You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and deep-tier technical implementation, ensuring our US-based clients receive scalable, future-proof, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Drive end-to-end architectural design for large-scale application development and engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
• AI & Innovation: Architect and integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise workflows, focusing on practical implementation, data pipelines, and measurable ROI.
• Technology Evaluation: Conduct objective "Buy vs. Build" analyses and select best-fit technology stacks (Cloud, Databases, Frameworks) based on project constraints.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison for US-based stakeholders, translating complex technical roadmaps into business-centric language.
• Integration Strategy: Design robust integration architectures (APIs, Microservices, Event-driven patterns) to connect legacy and modern systems.
• Governance & Delivery: Oversee technical delivery lifecycle using Jira to track architectural debt, spikes, and implementation progress.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to engineering leads and developers, ensuring architectural vision is maintained during execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1214 years in IT, with 5+ years in a dedicated Architecture role covering web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Technology Agnostic Mindset: Proven ability to pivot across stacks (e.g., .NET Java/Open Source, AWS Azure).
• AI/ML Engineering: Hands-on experience architecting solutions involving LLMs, Predictive Analytics, or Computer Vision, with emphasis on enterprise integration.
• Global Exposure: Mandatory experience working with US clients, including familiarity with US business etiquette, time-zone management, and regulatory landscapes (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Project Management Tools: Advanced proficiency in Jira or similar ALM tools for backlog and sprint management.
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; ability to engage both C-suite executives and technical teams.
• Design Patterns: Expertise in Microservices, Serverless, Monolithic-to-Microservices migration, and Hexagonal architecture.
• Data Mastery: Skilled in designing polyglot persistence layers (SQL, NoSQL, Vector Databases).
• Security First: Strong knowledge of Identity Management (OAuth2, OIDC), Encryption, and Zero-Trust architecture.
• DevOps Synergy: Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, and Observability for deployment and monitoring strategies.

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):

• Architectural Certifications: TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• AI Certifications: Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent.
