Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own endtoend solution architecture and delivery across Identity & Access Management, Monitoring & Observability, Messaging, and Unified Communications within a Microsoft enterprise environment.

This role is deliveryembedded, acting as the technical design authority from requirements through build, migration, cutover, and stabilization. The architect partners closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and service management teams to deliver secure, scalable, and operationally sound solutions across hybrid and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Own solution architecture from discovery through production
• Translate business and security requirements into implementable designs
• Produce architecture artifacts (HLDs, LLDs, integration and operational designs)
• Lead technical design workshops and act as design authority during delivery and stabilization
• Lead complex migrations from legacy on-premises systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco) to cloud/hybrid models.

Identity & Access Management - IAM

• Architect and deliver largescale Active Directory and hybrid identity solutions
• Design DNS and DHCP solutions
• Design authentication, authorization, and access governance using Microsoft Entra ID
• Implement SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Integrate IAM platforms and lifecycle workflows
• Design identitydriven access and device compliance using Microsoft Intune
• IGA Hybrid platform architecture review and improve (cloud\On-Prem servers, HA, DR, Load balancing) in Application servers, mid servers and DB.
• Review secure IGA integrations with target applications trough connector servers and API gateways using integrations like SCIM, REST, SOAP, JDBC, Graph, Flat files and etc.
• Ensure data is consistent between systems and synchronization between systems is reliable.
• Develop privilege access management (PAM) in the organization.
• Ensure current IGA platform is audit ready and enforces required controls to support compliance needs (SOX, GxP, ISO 27001) with JML rules, SOD rules (preventive\detective), least privileges RBAC\ABAC, audit logging and etc.

Monitoring & Observability

• Design solutionlevel monitoring and observability architectures
• Ensure coverage for Tier1 / businesscritical systems (including SAP and core infrastructure)
• Integrate monitoring with automation and service management to improve reliability

Messaging & Unified Communications

• Architect enterprise messaging and UC solutions
• Design Exchange Online and hybrid environments, including mail flow and compliance
• Lead messaging and UC migrations, modernization, and stabilization initiatives
• Lead the overall strategy for UC, conferencing, messaging, and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform

Security & Stakeholder Leadership

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security and regulatory requirements
• Produce architecture decisions, documentation, and operational runbooks
• Collaborate across Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Applications, and Service Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, engineering, or enterprise IT operations
• Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (AD, Entra ID, DHCP, IAM, IGA, PAM, API's )
• Strong experience in Microsoft enterprise environments (M365, messaging, UC)
• Understanding of Azure cloud and hybrid architectures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud deployments, cloud architecture patterns, and cloud automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, Session Border Controllers (SBC), and voice gateways
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and network infrastructure (QoS, SD-WAN)
• Experience in designing global, large-scale, enterprise-level communication environments
• Expert level of control in Windows/Linux/Mac/iOS/Android Operation systems (including legacy OS builds)
• Expert level in PKI infrastructure and operations
• Expirience with DR technics and system resilience concepts
