Job Description
Role- Senior Solution Architect / Escalation Specialist.
Location-Bengaluru.
- 10+ yrs (Siemens Insights Hub/Edge architecture, OT-IT integration, industrial data platforms).
- End-to-end architecture (Insights Hub, Edge, Opcenter, SAP PM, BMS); PdM/AI-ML model oversight; IEC 62443/cybersecurity awareness; RCA for cross-system issues; vendor & stakeholder governance.
- Final escalation for P1/Critical incidents and RCA ownership; approves major config/architecture changes; oversees PdM model health & tuning cadence; interfaces with Siemens DI on platform bugs/licensing; SLA/capacity reviews; mentors L1/L2; represents Lumeron in ARAMCO steering/escalation calls.
