Senior Software Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create comprehensive test plans for APIs, microservices, and web applications.
• Develop and execute manual tests to validate the functionality of new features before they are deployed to production environments.
• Analyze defects reported by users or internal stakeholders, reproduce issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in software testing with expertise in API testing, CI/CD pipelines, Kafka messaging queues.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its services (e.g., ADF).
• Proficiency in developing custom tools using PyTest framework for test automation framework development.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, Postman tooling for API testing.
