Senior Software Engineer
Location: Chennai Department: Engineering Operations

Our critical solutions power technical engineering change orders, documentation authoring/publishing, flight operations manuals, and data archiving workflows worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architecture & Design: Partner with Product Architects on solution architecture; drive accountability for design patterns, subsystem design, implementation, and overall system performance.
- Technical Leadership: Lead User Story technical designs, estimations, and code reviews, ensuring implementations reliably meet team estimates, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
- SDLC Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the product (including build, test automation, and deployment architecture) within an Agile framework.
- Collaboration: Align product backlogs with the Product Owner, participate in customer technical interactions alongside the services team, and proactively recommend operational process enhancements .
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 7-12 years of hands-on experience developing robust Java and Spring Boot applications.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of practical software engineering experience.
- Core Capabilities: Strong software architecture skills, professional problem-solving abilities, and solid technical communication fluency in English (with both technical and non-technical staff).
TECHNICAL SKILLSET
- Backend & Core: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, Relational Databases, Tomcat & App Server technologies.
- Frontend: TypeScript, AngularJS / Angular 20+, HTML, JavaScript.
- Data & Content Specs: XML, XSLT, XSL-FO, XPath, XQuery, Arbortext, XMetaL, Oxygen.
- DevOps & Observability: Docker, Kubernetes, ELK Stack, Code Versioning, and CI/CD tools. Preferred / Plus Factors:
