What youll be doing

• Designing and developing scalable software platforms and components using Microsoft technologies and modern frameworks
• Building secure, high-performance web applications and APIs
• Analysing business and technical problems independently to deliver effective solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across development, QA, and product
• Supporting product releases including requirement review, deployment, and documentation
• Driving code quality through reviews, testing alignment, and best practices
• Contributing to architecture decisions, including microservices or n-tier designs

The ideal skills and experience

• Strong experience with .NET frameworks (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, ADO.NET)
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular)
• Experience building scalable web applications and working with large datasets
• Knowledge of microservices or layered (n-tier) architecture
• Experience working with NoSQL databases or search technologies such as Elasticsearch (desirable)
• Familiarity with REST API development across technologies such as .NET, Node.js, or Python
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Test Driven Development)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
