Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable services for high-load applications. You will work with .NET technologies, RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and SQL Server in a performance-critical environment. Responsibilities Design and develop backend services using C# / .NET Build and maintain REST APIs and SOAP (WSDL-based) services Work with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) for data modeling, optimization, and querying Develop highly performant systems for high-load environments Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Actively use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, coding agents) for code generation, refactoring, and test creation Validate and review AI-generated code to ensure quality, correctness, and security

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams Requirements Strong proficiency in C# / .NET (.NET Core preferred) Experience with REST API design and implementation Understanding of SOAP / Web Services (WSDL, XML) Solid experience with MSSQL: Query optimization Stored procedures Indexing strategies Experience working with high-load applications Knowledge of asynchronous programming Experience using AI tools for coding, debugging, and test generation Ability to critically assess AI-generated output

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines Nice to Have Experience with C++ Experience with Classic ASP and/or ASP.NET (Web Forms / MVC) Messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) Docker / Kubernetes Monitoring observability tools Experience with Azure Mandatory Skills C# / .NET REST API - Asynchronous API Development MSSQL AI Tool Experience for Coding, Debugging and Test Generation Minimum 2 Years of experience in backend development
