Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Software Engineer with 710 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development expertise, experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.
Prior experience in the US Healthcare domain, particularly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Take end-to-end ownership of feature development, from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture and technology decisions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and robust technical solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong product mindset by understanding business objectives, customer needs, and user experience to deliver high-value solutions.
- Drive innovation by proposing new ideas, technologies, and process improvements that enhance product quality, engineering efficiency, and customer value.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential challenges proactively, define mitigation strategies, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of product features.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.
- Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications, scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical reviews, and release management activities.
- Build and support cloud-native applications and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or similar DevOps platforms.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve engineering productivity and accelerate software delivery.
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and reliable delivery of software while maintaining accountability for technical outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI tools that enhance software development productivity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US Healthcare product development.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows.
- Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or X12 EDI.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure handling of healthcare data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 710 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience in full-stack application development.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced product development environment.
