Job Description
- Design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions using advanced algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical discussions.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience integrating AI models into production systems using APIs and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of MLOps and the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered software applications.
- Domain knowledge in legal, tax, or accounting is preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity and skill building solutions with LLMs is expected.
