Responsibilities

Ability to lead development of Salesforce and architecture assessment
Ability to manage a team of Developers
Proven success in applying a structured approach to analyze business problems and architect innovative technology-based solutions within the defined enterprise guidelines and standards
Will be responsible for managing Salesforce CRM platform.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Coordination with internal Cross functional teams and External Partners
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Conduct Monthly partner reviews and team reviews.

Required Qualifications and Experience

B.E in Information technology with 6-10 years of relevant experience
Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer.
Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.)
Knowledge of VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience, SOQL Statements
Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle
Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities and AppExchange / ISV solutions
Need Experience in designing and implementing new Salesforce objects workflow rules custom layouts and other standard Salesforce customizations
Experience in defining enterprise architecture, mapping existing systems to it, and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
Outstanding teamwork skills
Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities
