Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketplace features using clean, efficient, well-documented TypeScript and Python code.
• Integrate Agentic AI to streamline story creation, architecture design, development workflows, and testing across the SDLC.
• Research and implement AI technologies that improve team productivity and development process efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, solution architects, and domain architects to define specifications and deliver high-quality products.
• Automate and optimise development tasks and workflows to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
• Strengthen code quality through reviews, unit testing, and disciplined deployment practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing implementations to resolve production issues and improve performance.
• Contribute Salesforce Apex development when needed to customise Salesforce solutions and integrate with the marketplace.

Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in a professional setting.
• Apply 1+ year of practical AI experience, including machine learning, natural language processing, or AI integration into applications.
• Use strong TypeScript and Python proficiency with modern web development and backend development concepts.
• Develop and apply foundational AI knowledge, including Agentic AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Solve sophisticated problems using strong analytical thinking and structured debugging approaches.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leverage a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
