Senior Software Developer (ERPNext)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Senior Developer to join our team on an onsite basis. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading development projects and ensuring their successful completion, as well as providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be proficient in ERPNext development and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ERPNext modules based on client requirements
• Lead development projects from planning to deployment
• Work closely with the project manager and clients to identify and understand requirements
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed
• Perform DevOps activities such as setting up and maintaining servers, automating deployment processes, and monitoring system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Key Skills:

• Expertise in ERPNext development and customization
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Docker, Jenkins, and AWS
• Ability to lead development projects and mentor junior team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERPNext development and customization
• Certifications in ERPNext and DevOps are a plus.
