Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow SecOps Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules and ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions while possessing a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and ITSM processes.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules:
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Threat Intelligence (TI)
- Strong proficiency in:
- JavaScript
- Glide APIs
- ServiceNow Scripting
- Experience in REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including:
- Incident Response
- Vulnerability Management
- Threat Intelligence
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GRC, IRM, or ITOM modules.
- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud security.
- Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Performance tuning and ServiceNow platform optimization.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Operations
