- Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 yrs in ServiceNow, 2+ yrs in ITOM module with integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Proficient in REST integrations and CMDB setup.
- Hands-on with Virtual Agent, Portal Widgets, and ServiceNow ITSM processes.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Leadership ability to mentor junior developers and drive discussions.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules with end-to-end integration support.
- Lead and troubleshoot REST message configurations.
- Design and configure Virtual Agent and Portal Widgets.
- Act as the first point of contact with clients to gather requirements and suggest solutions.
- Lead client calls and deliver best practice recommendations.
- Mentor junior developers and assist with technical and support queries.
- Ensure stability across CMDB, ITSM, and integration layers.
- Lead integration efforts, support ITSM processes, and serve as a primary technical contact for clients.
- Develop and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions with a strong focus on integrations and troubleshooting.
